  • Use the Calendly link below to schedule with a therapist based on office location or availability. ( All consultations are free and conducted virtually.)

2) Insurance FAQ. Visit our Insurance/Fees FAQ Page to check your out-of-network (OON) reimbursement rate, and confirm your insurance eligibility directly with your carrier. Fee can be discussed in greater detail in your consultation with a therapist, and if applicable you can discuss a sliding scale rate.
3) Switch or Get Referrals. If the therapist you meet with doesn’t feel like the right fit, you can schedule another consultation with a different therapist at any time. Alternatively, you can fill out our Contact Form, and we’ll provide customized referrals tailored to your needs.
